We started the month of August with a short three-hour trip to Frederick Oklahoma at Bible Baptist Church with pastor James Hopkins and his wonderful church family. Thank you so much for such a great morning and the food and fellowship with everyone after. From there it was a couple hours to Yukon Oklahoma to visit with pastor Brien Deverick at Victory Baptist Church. This too was such a friendly church and we had a great time of fellowship in Yukon.

We had a great time in both Siloam Springs and Broken Bow Oklahoma this past weekend. Thank you to pastor Craig Ingram and your wonderful church, Stateline Baptist Church, for your hospitality, kindness, and fellowship. It was such a joy to get to know you all. A great big thank you also to pastor Chip Pinkerton and everyone at Lukfata Baptist Church. We had such a great time with everyone and pray for the next time we will get to see all of you again.

What a joy to spend Sunday with pastor David Isaacs and his wonderful church family, We had such a great time getting to know everyone and a special thank you to brother Levi and his wife Christian for opening your home to us for a great afternoon of food, fun, and fellowship. It is such a joy to once again spend time with like-minded believers that have a desire to lift up the name of Jesus and see the lost come to Christ both here at home and around the world. Thank you so much to everyone and God bless you always. On Monday afternoon it was a great surprise to have dinner with Brother Joel and Mrs. Smith, The Smith Family Singers, what a blessing they are.

From Arkansas we went to Tennessee where we had my dad’s remains interred with my mom in Pigeon Forge. It was good to see my sister and spend a couple hours with her and then see my cousin and her family.

It was such a joy to get to know everyone at Helenwood Baptist Church. Thank you for all the great fellowship and your hospitality and thank you pastor David Barnhouse, we enjoyed getting to know you and look forward to seeing you in Ecuador.

We ended the month in Bearden Arkansas with pastor Kevin Stevicks. It was a joy to go on visitation with him on Saturday and then be a part of the “popcorn preaching” for their fifth Sunday service. There was lots of great singing and preaching. Thank you to brother Colby Dull and his wife and daughter, it was a joy getting to know you and everyone else as well.
