We had such a great start to the month of April. We had such a good time with Pastor Lee Watson and the food and fellowship was awesome. We also got to hear the children sing before the afternoon service, thank you so much for a great day in the Lord. Then it was off to Humble, Tx where we were actually not scheduled for two weeks, my mistake. Thank you so much Pastor Kenneth Preston for graciously allowing us to present our ministry early. We had such a great time of fellowship both before and after the service and then had the pleasure of having dinner with Sister Candi Smith.

We had such a great time with Second Baptist Church in Ponca City Oklahoma. The food and fellowship were so great, but I think our greatest conversation was with Juliette (8) and Esther (6), sorry everyone else! A special thank you to Joel and Connie Garza, Joshua and Anna Garza, and Eric and Amy Garza, thank you so much for feeding us. A big thank you to all who cooked every day. We heard some great messages from Brother Crotts to Papua New Guinea, Brother Leaf to Brazil, and of course Pastor Ken Newport. Thank you all so much and we can’t wait for the opportunity to spend time with all of you again.

We had such a great time at Cornerstone Baptist Church with Pastor Yadir Rodriguez on Easter Sunday. What a joy to spend time with him and his wonderful church family as we celebrated Resurrection Sunday, HE IS RISEN!!! We then had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with some great family friends who are such a blessing to be around, the Villareal family in Cleveland, Tx. It was also good to be back in one of our supporting churches in Humble, Tx and they always make us feel so welcomed, thank you Pastor Preston and everyone there.

Still busy even as we close out the month of April. Noah had a birthday on Tuesday, and I went ahead and interrupted his schoolwork to give him a card from a member of one of our supporting churched. Then it was such a joy to have Missionary Bruce Martin and his wife over for a bit of BBQ and fellowship. Sunday, we had the great pleasure of presenting at our good friend Pastor Nick Baker’s church in Luther, Oklahoma. The food and fellowship are always a blessing. Before heading back to Texas, we dropped in to see Pastor Will Ramirez and he graciously allowed me to present our ministry and then preach. Thank you to both churches for such a great time in the Lord in Oklahoma.
