What a great start to February, we finished out January in Oklahoma so what better way to start off this month in Oklahoma. We had a great time with Pastor Dustin Tidwell and loved getting to know everyone at Little Coweta Baptist Church. We had a great day in the Lord and had just the right mix of food and fellowship. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcomed.

What an honor and privilege to be part of the Missions Conference at Faith Baptist Church in Brownsboro, Tx last week with Pastor Darrell Burns. Noah and Serenity had a great time with the pastors children and we so enjoyed everyone that we got to know. The week ended with an International dinner with so much great food, then Brother Brian Yeager and I took questions about our field from the field. Thank you so much to everyone there at Faith Baptist for being such a blessing to us.

On Sunday we were blessed to present our ministry to two churches. Thank you Bible Baptist Church in Hughes Springs Texas for welcoming us and being a blessing to us, especially Brother Louis and his wife Tina. Thank you so much to Calvary Baptist Church in Athens Texas for hosting us and then allowing us to present God’s call on our lives to Ecuador in the evening service. Thank you Pastor Chris Minefee for also inviting us to your men’s prayer breakfast on Saturday. We really enjoyed getting to know all the men and eat some great food. I went ahead and threw in a picture of my old friend Dr Carl Ogdee for good measure too.

Sunday February 16th found us in Edmond OK at Edmond Road Baptist Church. We are so thankful for your hospitality and we enjoyed getting to know Pastor Chuck Munson and his church family. Pastor Munson and his church were more of a blessing to us than they will ever know. In the evening service it was a joy to drop in on Bible Baptist Church in Choctaw OK. They are always a blessing to us and we got to hear a great lesson about Jacob and “getting what we want” from Pastor David Wheatley. God is good every day.

February was packed full as you can see and what a great way to finish the month than at a missions conference in Collinsville OK. Pastor Claud Slate, his wife Abby and children and all the great people at Fireside Baptist Church were such a great blessing to us. It was great to see Missionary Ray Boltz and his wife Kim who are son to be back in Guyana. It was a joy to meet Pastor David Story and his family as they are now accepting God’s call on their lives to Italy. While in Oklahoma the temperature got down to 0 and there was plenty of snow and ice, the kids enjoyed the snow and I may have gotten hit a time or two by a snowball. Noah and Serenity quickly made friends with the pastors and missionaries kids. It was definately a great time of food, fellowship, and the sharing of God’s Holy Word. Before returning to Texas we had the pleasure of dropping in on Pastor Greg McEntire at Broken Arrow Baptist Temple. He and his church family were a great joy to visit with and we pray for the opportunity to visit them again. Enjoy the pictures and we will see you in March, God bless.
